Ollama in BotLegger
Run open models free on your own computer with the Ollama app, or on Ollama's cloud with a key. Local models need no key and no internet.
Connect Ollama
- On your computer: install the Ollama app, pull a model that can use tools, such as gpt-oss:20b, and BotLegger finds it with no key.
- On Ollama's cloud: paste a key from ollama.com in Settings → Models → Ollama.
- Pick a default model, or a different model for each bot.
